Massa's Town Country - Town and Country

We were there for our anniversary. They were very busy, system was down. The staff was very nice and kept apologizing for the amount of time drinks and service was taking. We did not complain, remained patient. When the large crowd left and system went back up our server came to apologize and thank us for our patience. My suggestion would beplease have an after dinner drink or dessert or something would have left me with a better taste in my mouth. Our special evening was not as special as it should have been, they were very aware that we had been neglected. A bit of ‘care’ would have been nice! We were long time customers of the Kirkwood location, Bill and Joe would have been more caring.

Took family to restaurant while visiting from neighboring state. welcomed into facility at 4:20 pm by a sign Please seat yourself . We decided on a table near the entrance...because we were unfamiliar with the establishment and unaware of potentially better options. The waiter, while friendly could have done a better job delivering food to the table as he was reaching from all sides. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. Six breaded pickle spears for $11.99? The fettuccine alfredo was oily and with very little cheese and only a strong garlic flavor. The lasagna tasted as if it had been re-heated. It was very hot at the edges and almost cold in the center. The pepe medalions were anything but beef tenderloin. Very tough and dry with again a warmed up flavor. The chicken parm was ok. The cheesey garlic bread was something a child would make. Every item ordered was different price from the website.

Really good food I had the lasagna, the sauce was incredible and the cheese and meat where cooked amazingly. Beautiful patio The good was pretty generic and not worth the price. The service was excellent.
