Contribuiți la feedbackThe vanilla flan is the best I tasted in Toulouse: excellent! Paris-Brest is delicious! The other beautiful pastries are to be discovered! The galette of the kings with the frangipane is perfect, and the pistache-griotted cake a delight!!!
Galette breeze of kings with fruits, a little dry Very good chocolate
Buy 1 pistachio frangipane / excellent scrub a crown of kings :patoe, not really taste, no fruit confits inside.. Semble date... 51€...a test but I wouldn't turn
Excellent pastries, very cold service nonchalant, room, tableS and really dirty covers. (Of course we have changed the spoon and have a clean shot on our table but it is not up to us to ask it normally and the soil has had to stay in this state until the closure.. To take it is a 5/5, on site I do not recommend at all.
It's the fifth saint-honored without rum that I'm testing. It's vanilla and caramel. For vanilla, it is the first time that I clearly feel it, in the whipped (where vanilla grains are visible). But it's less obvious in the pastry cream. If you are, like me, crazy about cabbage, pass your way: this is not the highlight of this cake. Indeed, even if they are well filled with cream, cabbages are not very big; cabbage dough lacks tenderness; and there is no cabbage dough base. (The sheeted pulp disc, at the base, is an austere bree: extremely thin, extremely cooked, and no way to slip the cake into a plate without it getting erased, extremely). On the other hand, the caramel fans will be filled: the glazing of the cabbage is well cooked, which makes its taste more comfortable. In addition, the presence, between the cabbage (in the heart of the vanilla cream), of a caramel insert with a dreamy texture, and with an assertive and balanced taste, is an appreciable originality. The price: €6.10 for 115g (from very far the most expensive in Toulouse, and also the lightest, the average being about 4€ for 185g). The lady who served me was both elegant and truly cordial. Google Maps authorizing a second review only six months after the first, I add my second experience here at Sandyan: the XXL chocolate caramel macaron. The technique so difficult of the macaron is controlled (crunchy and mellow). The climbed ganache is made with a pleasantly acidulated chocolate, even clearly fruity, very interesting. The salt butter caramel gets married very well. The caramelized popcorn decor brings a joyous touch, and glazing is as design as well as gourmet. Price: €6.20. The young employee who served me was really careful.
