Excellent dinner. Fishes, beef cheeks, entrecôte, desserts and good wines at decent prices.

I came several times to the Pavé des Minimes and always a great experience every time. South cuisine, with Mediterranean inspirations. The staff is perfect, the very affordable prices given the quality of the products. All the people I made to discover this place loved. I think I'll be back soon!

The place is charming, the very nice staff and the kitchen always as good. A classic not to be missed on Toulouse.

Excellent, the service truly adorable and with little care, we loved the dishes, a very good cuisine with very good products!!! I really loved the lamb mouse that was melting and tasted wished!!!
