Customer service is horrible very rude and disrespectful

Horrible experience. Stopped for a quick dinner after a full day. We parked and walked to the stall on the patio to order. We pushed the famous red button and immediately heard, Please hold and was happy to wait. After about 5 minutes a man walked to the other stall and pushed the button. Almost immediately he was answered with, Please hold.

Ordered over $50 worth of food last night for delivery. The delivery person didn’t knock on the door, call me, or ring the door bell. How do you not let someone know their order has been delivered??? My food was sitting there for 20 min before I decided to check outside and was cold. They also forgot sodas I paid for and no fortune cookies.

Had a good experience here with my kids. The food comes out quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are convenient.

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this superb place which we didn’t know before. We had a lovely experience there with great dishes and a well-trained stuff and a distinguished chef. We added this venue in our list and we will certainly come back soon. Highly recommended.
