The Pasta Shop - Denville

I only had lunch yesterday and was not disappointed. Sergio's has always been an amazing institution in Denville and Pasta Shop is a pretty supplement. It is beautiful and chic decor with wonderful, tasty homemade pasta and some dishes cooked in a wood stove. My friends and I ordered all the specials of the day. Asparagus, shrimp, spaghetti, ravioli and burrata spread to perfectly roasted rustic bread. Everything was top notch, but the homemade ravioli was the best ravioli I even had. Forget Little Italy, it came to Denville. Besides, the staff could not have been nicer, thanks to Joanna, great service and a very sweet person. Sergio speaks to everyone, he is such a culinary star!! I have lived in Denville since 1969 when I moved here with my parents and I saw that the city centre has developed over the years of almost no restaurants, except the Fireside and some small cafe types into these small Mecca of tasty places and fun water holes. Thanks Sergio!!!!

I and the kids only had the best apps, meals and canolis here! Loved everything we so fresh and tasty ate it was equivalent to the food we ate in Italy, it does not just recommend this place!! Service was also great.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this place is so AMAZING that I needed to share. The Pasta Shop is the best new small jewel in Denville and Morris County! Sergio, Tommy and the staff couldn't have handled us better! You can simply feel the love they have for what they do every day! It comes out in every court that they prepare and serve. From appetizers to dessert, I honestly could not find any negative thing to say. Every dish tasted fresh and cooked for perfection! Can't wait to eat our remnants tomorrow and get back to dinner soon! Thank you for a great culinary experience!

I have visited Sergio's deli for the third time in a week! I knew The Pasta Shop would be amazing, but it actually surpassed my expectations. Everything is fresh and delicious. The mozzarella sticks and garlic bread are the best I've ever had. The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the cauliflower gnocchi is out of this world. The banana bread, cannolis, and cheesecakes are to die for! The atmosphere is friendly and very attentive. It's just fantastic! Thank you, Sergio, for another gem!

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't resist sharing my experience at this newly opened restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful, which is a rare find. I highly recommend trying the cauliflower parm, meatballs, and mozzarella sticks - especially the mozzarella sticks!
