Rex - Torres Vedras

I was so hungry for good pub food. Fortunately, our neighbors in the Pousada Castle recommended this place to us! We had the shrimp curry that came with a delicious salad which I have been yearning for as meals usually don’t have green salads here. Great service and good sangria. If you’re tired is same old/same old when traveling like us come here.

Friendly staff, great prices and amazing food and drinks. Wonderful hospitality and relaxing hang-out. For the Americans who want a bar open during the mid and late afternoon, this is your place. Huge beer garden, great prices, overlooking the aqueduct.

We fell to Rex during a road trip on the west coast. We were welcomed by Simon (and his assistant Buddy). Very relaxed, and lunch was excellent. Sea Bass Filets and Grelhado Mista were amazing. Would recommend this place to visit Óbidos. We will definitely return when we get north. Thank you, Simon. Até breve amigo.

Fantastic place to enjoy a drink in the large beer garden right next to the aqueduct! good selection of Belgian beer and great service. we're coming back!
