What happened to all the old staff? Everything is on a tablet and they are understaffed looks like management fired old staff

I like this sushi place because it is very local to where I live. I am glad there is a sushi place where I can just walk to the place and buy sushi. It can be sort of pricey but once in a while it won't hurt.

Nice hole in the wall spot. Wouldn't think any of it looking from the outside. They were short staffed when we went but service was very nice and friendly. They have self serve condiments and soup bar so it helps while waiting for food. They also have tablets for each table so you can just order immediately without waiting for the server. If you want human interaction, they're very willing to help too. Sushis are amazing! Executed well. Ordered bento box for teriyaki salmon and tempura shrimp and veggies. Salmon was a bit overdone and too much sauce but still good. Tempuras were crunchy and delicious. Would definitely go back again.Happy hour prices are legit too.

Ive been to Blufish many times since they 've opened, but last nights experience was quite different than those of before. This location is now self serve . They have a self serve bar where you can attain utensils, water, sauces, and even a miso soup (one per person). Each table has a digital kiosk to order your food with the kitchen, which a serve delivers to your table. The minimal service provided is why I 'm giving Blufish 2 stars. The sushi I received was flavorless and underwhelming. Any rolls that had avocado, had massive amounts of avocado.. I 'm sad to say that this will be my last time here.
