Thai Smile - Torquay

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. You can choose to dine in or take it to go. When we visited, there weren't many customers, but this place is truly underrated! If you're a fan of Thai cuisine, this is a must-visit spot.

This is undoubtedly the best Thai food in Hervey Bay! Having lived in Thailand, I can be quite particular when it comes to Thai cuisine. The dishes here are consistently well-prepared, especially the soups. The staff is always friendly and attentive. However, like many nearby restaurants, the opening hours can be a bit limited, and the prices can be on the higher side.

This is undoubtedly the best Thai food I've ever tasted! I lived in Hervey Bay back in 2009 and frequented this restaurant regularly while managing a set of tourist apartments. It was excellent then, but I returned last week and was thrilled to find they are still operating under the same owner, Mao. I visited last night, and the food is even better than I remembered. I had the laksa, and my wife had the yellow curry, both of which were absolutely exquisite—truly an understatement. Great job, everyone! I will definitely come back before we leave and will spread the word to all my friends and family. You've been in business for 13 years, and it's clear why—1000 out of 1000!

I really enjoy the Thai dishes here. Usually it's take away as I travel to Hervey Bay for work and it's a pick up dinner that's fast and tasty. The staff are always pleasant and meals are ready as fast as possible due to the restaurants popularity. Definitely a winner guys.

Thai Smile is amazing. My family and I order takeaway from here quite alot. Great food and friendly service. If you love good authentic Thai food then this is your go to place. Recommend: Chicken satay skewers, spring rolls, chicken with cashews and chilli jam sauce and chicken with peanut sauce. Coconut rice is great too. Food has so much flavour and vegetables are fresh. Looking forward to ordering for a New Years Eve celebration x
