Contribuiți la feedbackAs big fans of Campechano, we were thrilled to experience their newest venture, and it certainly exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The service was excellent. The food, cocktails, and wine selections were all outstanding and reasonably priced. We loved every aspect of our visit! Be sure to make a reservation— we arrived quite early, and it was bustling by the time we left around 7:45. Enjoy!
This place has great potential for those looking to enjoy wine, cocktails, and Mexican snacks. The cocktails were fantastic, and I really appreciated the spice in the scallop aguachile, although it was served lukewarm, which caught me off guard. I also enjoyed the corn flavor in their tortilla chips—just a little detail that stood out. I visited two days before Valentine's Day, so it was understandably quiet given that it's a new spot and many people were likely saving money for the occasion. It’s tough to assess the vibe, but I can see this place quickly becoming a popular destination. The wine bar is very bright and inviting. Personally, I probably won’t return, mainly because I feel like the teams from Campechano and Good Hombres don’t value me as a customer; however, that's not a reason to steer clear. It’s definitely worth a visit!
Fantastic food and cocktails! It's a great way to sample a variety of regional Mexican dishes. The prices are reasonable too!
We arrived at 5:30. All tables were open except 1. They told us without a reservation, it would be hard to get a table, but they would squeeze us in (2 of us). When we left about an hour and a half later more than half of the tables were open. Service was attentive, however she had no product knowledge. I asked questions about drinks and food that she could not answer. I?d also like to note that the entire staff looked to be 1 step away from homeless. No uniform is one thing, but there people looked like they just rolled out of bed. Not appealing. The restaurant was loud and cold, no decor, almost felt like a pop up. Tables were small and cramped. THE MARGARITAS WERE DELICIOUS! But not enough to make up for the overall experience. Food was terrible and served cold. Seemed like it was food warmed up from prior day. If you want great Mexican food go to La cantina del Pueblo.
Tasty Mexican snacks that are made from scratch such as sopes, tlayuda and huarache. Tacos are also served but dessert choices are limited. Service was great and the space is casual with soft lighting.
