Kims Beach Hideaway Restaurant

The restaurant has a charming location in a beautiful part of the city and the accommodations are lovely. However, the culinary experience was disappointing. The food was old-fashioned and of poor quality, with unappetizing sauces. The service was lacking and the wine menu was confusing. While I would gladly pay for the accommodations again, I was disappointed by the restaurant. I will return to stay in the accommodations, but I will not dine at the restaurant.

Location is nice right on the beach. we came here almost 20 years ago and returned after a positive article. the restaurant was ok, food quality averaged. the wine list needs a big upgrade, we ordered a mudgee wein that was unimaginable. very slow breakfast served in small bowls packed in happy packaging without dishes to take tables. also the room, tree tops was 1k per night, quite outdated, spa not working, so far overpriced compared to places like bannisters in port stephens, the first class and more reasonable price is. beautiful family in possession, but prizes as 6star so feels like capitalization on covid very disappointing.

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and loved the location. We enjoyed eating there for both dinner and breakfast. Despite some comments about the dated decor, we felt it added to the charming history of being the oldest continuously operated resort in the country. We even brought our dog along with us.

My partner and I spent a long weekend at this amazing beachfront hideaway in Australia and it is hands down the best spot for couples. The staff are incredibly dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and are experts in their fields. The food, which is prepared on site with care, is absolutely delicious. To top it off, they even make their own jams! We were impressed by the different menu offered three times a day, making each dining experience unique.
