Always served with a smile, chips cooked to absolute perfection! Value for money too. Never had a bad meal from here, family run business that's been the heart of Tonypandy for a long time! Will always come here for my chips (and cake)

Food is ok but staff do not look the most hygienic! Quick service and good portions for what your paying

Sat in the coffee shop for cake and coffee with a friend to wait for someone, one staff had attitude.. we had our cakes.. I had a chocolate fudge cake put Infront of me no fork or spoon to eat it with no napkins.. and coffee arrived well after the cake . Infact my friend was just about to ask for the money back for the coffees.. places need to know... Everyone reviews these days.. if you work in a coffee shop then put a smile on your face and serve coffee and cake together

Always busy but queue goes down fast and food is worth the wait

On Saturday me and my family visited for lunch and Louise one of the staff had a attitude with us saying stuff about my family when I was in the queue I don't know why because she don't even know us. Long time before it arrived when Food arrived it was lukewarm really disspointed
