Sushi Yuzu - TOLUCA LAKE

Gen, the owner, is an exceptional sushi chef with a background in French cuisine, which results in some incredible fusion dishes. The creative sauces used in the preparations are just the beginning of a fantastic dining experience. Instead of ordering what you think you want, ask for recommendations or opt for the omakase and let them surprise you. The selection of fish is expertly chosen, and you might even encounter some special offerings from time to time. Gen also has a great variety of sake pairings. If you're in the mood for dessert, be sure to ask if they have the yuzu sorbet—it’s delightful! The prices reflect the high quality of the food. The restaurant tends to get busy, and tables fill up quickly (I personally prefer sitting at the bar). Reservations are accepted for tables, while the bar operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Leave any negative attitude behind and enjoy a wonderful meal!

Absolutely fresh and delicious! While the rolls were a bit plain and on the pricier side, the fish was incredibly fresh! The service was excellent too!

So here's the deal. If you make a reservation, expect to wait. If you are 5 minutes late on your reservation expected to be put to the back of the list.<br/ But once you sit down to eat, take your time and enjoy the magical foodie experience of Sushi Yuzu.<br/

I’ve been to some of the best sushi spots in the city and this is my favorite of all of them. Deep fried yellowtail collar is irresistible and the sushi is always fresh and served at the perfect temperature. Chefs are great ppl too! Gets busy so plan accordingly

The best sushi in NoHo. Simply outstanding. Got the Belly sampler, Lemon roll, and whole squid. As I finished my meal my only thought is that I couldn’t wait to come back.
