With all due respect, it’s better than even Rokurinsha and T’s Tantan. Do yourself a favour and get lunch there now.
Special light soy sauce ramen. ¥1300) So called all-in . The soup was lukewarm and my expectations were dampened. The main restaurant was listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand, but at least the Tokyo Station branch will never be listed.
Soranoiro Nippon is the Tokyo station location of the Soranoiro chain. You order at a ticket machine and present your ticket before being seated. The waiter helped point out the gluten-free ramen, confirmed if it was for a gluten allergy, and then let me know it would take a little longer since they would boil my noodles in fresh water. My gluten-free ramen came in salt broth and was topped with arugula, tomato, steamed chicken, and soft boiled eggs. It was pretty good and came out quicker than I expected. The noodles very clearly had the taste and texture of rice noodles, and aren’t really an exact substitute for regular ramen noodles.
Had their vegan tantan. Did not like it. The soup was extremely salty. The noodles were fine but I felt like they would've been better if they were cooked for a few more seconds (I'm used to more chewy noodles). I was with two meat eaters who had non vegan ramen and said it would alright and would eat it again, so I'm gonna give it three stars. For vegans hard pass.
It’s underground Tokyo station, yaesu exit in ramen street. They have two vegetarian or vegan ramen. One is soya taste. They serve rice or risotto cheese rice . Its worth going for vegetarian Ramen lovers. Where it’s difficult to find a vegetarian Ramen , it is one of the worth going places. It’s a typical Ramen shop of Japan, you can enjoy the typical taste . Staff were very good cooperative. They have extra chilli or black pepper to add on your taste. Parking ia the problem . But if you traveling with train , you can reach easily.
