La Pergola - Toensberg

La Pergola always provides good service. There are pleasant premises centrally located on the pier in Tønsberg. We were 6 guests on 09/08/23 and those who ate mussels, steak and lasagne were very satisfied. Appetizer and recommended wine were also very good. Those of us who ate sea bass were disappointed by limp, soft and slightly tasteless fish. Accompaniments such as puree were also soggy and the plate did not look inviting. The youngest miss thought there was far too much sauce in the spaghetti bolognese, which is her favorite wherever she is. Dietary restrictions: A gluten free dinner was arranged. The city's best restaurant! ALWAYS excellent food. Impressive service and, not least, knowledge of both food and wine by the staff who also have a twinkle in their eye and a smile on their face.
