Little Caesars Pizza - Titusville

After my disappointing experience at the Little Caesar's near Hopkins in Titusville, I reached out to the general manager, Jennifer. She was very understanding about the issue with my undercooked pizza. They made me a new pizza at no charge, and it was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Thank you, Jennifer! We will definitely be coming back!

You might say they were a bit overwhelmed, but they were polite at the register and worked hard in the kitchen to get orders out as quickly as possible!

The customer service at this restaurant is quite poor. They never answer the phone, and even when I called, it seemed like they had the volume turned down. The staff seems to act without any concern, and the manager is rarely around when needed.

They somehow gave me the wrong pizza, even the name of the pizza was on the box. then they became angry when I came back and asked for a new one because they were then closed in 10 minutes. I also called her repeatedly because I knew she was closed soon, but nobody answered.

Ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni, got home and realized it was 3 pepperoni and one cheese.
