Contribuiți la feedbackThis is hands down the worst taco bell ive ever been too employees dont care, all the food thats made is made poorly, even by taco bell standards they are out of everything at any point in the day. will let an uber order sit and not cancel for hourswith no word only to make you fight with uber to get a refund.
Worst Taco Bell location I?ve ever been too! They get the food wrong EVERY TIME. They stand around talking to each other while doing nothing. Then give customers attitude when the food is wrong. I asked for an add on when I got to the window (because theyrushed me to order) was told NO because they are too busy! Then? my food was wrong! Did not give the items I paid for. Whenasking for the manage he didn?t come to the window but told his innocent employee to come grab the bag from me . Then asked forthe receipT THAT THEY THROUGH AWAY! Only to have an employee shut the window in my face and walk away as I was talking! I willbe sending this to corporate and reporting this location to the health department for the dirty conditions and the mold growingon their food!!!
Came through the drive thru, got a few burritos. looked at the window while lexus r and a female worker black haare with a hat continued to stare and laugh about us during the bag of our food that was wrong btw. not sure what the name was the employee but we came at 21 clock at 19:00 clock. we will not return.
The day I went through the drive, I was friendly staff on the squawk box and in the window. he also made sure that I had my sauces, serviettes and stray. faster service and the order was also correct. it was also a clean location. so it was definitiw what most want in an almost food restaurant and location.
I deliver food for Door Dash and 4 of the last 5 pick ups I've had for this location they have not been able to fulfill the order. Once it was their grill was down and they just got it up and it would be 45 min and I need to cancel and once it was they were closing early and twice they had some story about how they have no food and can't fill the order and it will be 45 min until anything could even be ready and completely out of 2 items and telling me I need to cancel. Funny thing is I sat in their parking lot talking to support canceling the order for 10 minutes and as I pulled out of there low and behold I see them serving a customer food through the drive thru window... How could that be if they have no food ready? Between this Taco Bell and a few others notorious for similar scenarios around Titusville, I have had so many canceled orders that I'm not even eligible for a flat fee to get paid for driving there!!! If you are a delivery driver for Door Dash, GrubHub or UberEATS, BEWARE!! I even tried calling ahead multiple times and never do they answer the phone!!If you are ordering food from one of these apps, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else because more than likely your order will be cancelled out of nowhere!! And if the driver doesn't call support and cancels for the wrong reason, your order will be sent to other drivers who will encounter the same problem and have your order drag on longer being delayed over and over yes this happened to me on one of the occasions listed above, another driver already went there and had to cancel I know this bc I spoke to the customer who was shocked to learn the order wasn't cancelled!! Hey Taco Bell...why don't yall just start closing at 10pm since you seem to be unable to serve food after that time? Worst Taco Bell in Brevard!!
