Krystal - Titusville

This was my first visit, and I had previously heard comparisons to White Castle, but I would say they don’t quite match up! My daughter requested no onions on her burger, and while they offered to scrape them off after the fact, it would have been better if they could have just made it without onions to begin with. If you’re a fan of mustard and onions, you’ll probably enjoy it, but that’s definitely the predominant flavor profile.

I can't accurately describe my experience because I was just standing there without being attended to. There were two employees present; one came to the front, glanced at me, and then returned to the back. I eventually gave up and left. There was only one person in the dining area, and no one was in the drive-thru.

I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating, but there were too many onions in my dish. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

I did not expect much going in. My husband had a bad experience in her before. The one person I could see working was on her phone and did not feel the need to get off her phone to greet me. I waited more than five minutes. Once I was asked what I needed and my order taken. It was another 10 before my food was ready. The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible.

They are shorted staffed. So obviously but the staff that was there was cranking their work!
