Contribuiți la feedbackThe eco restaurant and the coffee is the most popular restaurant in the city of tihany, on the shores of the Bullet Lake on hungary. It is a place of Hungarian and international specialities in which each dish has unique flavors and is prepared with local ingredients; of the lavender cookies that serve as an entrance to the cheesecake one of the dishes I asked when I visited the restaurant was a strange sound, but this typical preparation of the pendant is a real pleasure in which the sweet and salty converge in one place. In the menu there is also a chicken steak accompanied by ñoquis bathed in pumpkin seed sauce. one of the friends I visited the place asked for pork ribs bathed in gouda cheese sauce, accompanied by roasted potatoes and cabbage in can. It would be practically impossible for me to decide which dish I have the highest prices compared to the rest of the Hungarian, but in comparison with other Western europa countries, they are not exaggerated either. per person we pay about 3000 guinea pigs (less than ten euros) including food and drink.
El “Echo Restaurant and Café” es el restaurante más popular de la ciudad de Tihány, a orillas del Lago Balatón en Hungría. Se trata de un sitio de especialidades húngaras e internacionales en el que cada platillo cuenta con sabores únicos y está preparado con ingredientes locales; desde las galletas de lavanda que sirven como entrada hasta el pastel de queso. Uno de los platillos que ordené cuando visité el restaurante fue un queso de cabra a la plancha con cuscús y castañas ralladas. Suena extraño, pero esta preparación típica de Hungría es una verdadera delicia en la que lo dulce y lo salado convergen en un mismo lugar. En el menú también se encuentra un filete de pollo acompañado de ñoquis bañados en salsa de semillas de calabaza. Uno de los amigos con quien visité el lugar pidió costillas de cerdo bañadas en salsa de queso gouda, acompañadas de papas asadas y repollo en conserva. Sería prácticamente imposible hacerme decidir qué platillo me gustó más. Los precios son bastante elevados respecto al resto de Hungría, pero comparando con otros países de Europa occidental, tampoco son exagerados. Por persona pagamos alrededor de 3000 florines (menos de diez euros) incluyendo comida y bebida.

A delicious restaurant with an atmosphere and great service. We ordered lavender beer and two soups pumpkin cream and fish soup. Both soups are delicious, served with bread and hot pepper paste as additions. Service at the highest level. The view from the terrace to Lake Balaton is wonderful. I definitely recommend it. It is a beautiful setting. But beware the rediculous charge for water. I specifically asked for tap water, which the waiter did not query. He brought water in a reusable carafe, however when we received the bill there was a 5 euro charge for the water outrageous! When queried the waiter was not at all apologetic and it very much ruined our experience. They need to be more transparent.
