Sonic Drive-in

I used to love coming but I have been turned away the last 3 times because they only accept online orders all of the sudden.

I had to wait 10 minutes before they took my order, then another 20 minutes and my order had not been brought to me. Most of the employees were standing around outside laughing and socializing with people. After, I got someone inside attention and told them I had to leave and backed out, one of the carhops goes running in, grabs my order and rushes it to me. The food is good, service is not, prices are ridiculous.

Bathroom Is closed to customers. What? A restaurant… When asked because they were locked was told we just cleaned them and they are closed to the public!

Just bad. Waited 30 minutes for food and it was cold. Won’t be back!

We waited 10min and they wouldn't even take our order. The workers were too busy laughing and talking ti fri3nds who were parked and hanging out.
