A true gem of southern cuisine! Casual diner style seating, with a warm welcome and perfectly fried chicken and fish. The lima beans, collard greens and Mac and cheese were heavenly. The service was prompt, thoughtful and kind. Shoutout to the father-son duo running the show- Bravo! Truly worth the stop! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Everything and mostly everyone was wonderful. The only thing, or person, that kept me from giving them 5 stars if the little girl fixing plates. She has the ugliest attitude I've ever seen in food service and she does NOT need to interact with customers. Other than that, EVERYONE ELSE is completely polite and helpful, especially the young man at the register. The food is excellent!!! And the price is very reasonable. Go there and just ignore the girls bad attitude. If the owner reads this, PLEASE move her to the back or something.

Go out of your way for this place, it will not disappoint. From the cornbread to the banana pudding everything here is amazing. The people are friendly, welcoming and kind. I'll be back every time I'm this way, you should too!
