I'm gonna say I didn't eat here first. that is because any meal I asked was not vegan, and the staff that hastened and unfriendly (there were no other customers at the place) did not indicate that there were even vegan options.

I love the living salate and the venus rice bowl. the personal is always very polite and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I'm sure they can change most items to their preferences, but it would be nice to have more regular vegan menu items. to visit one of my favourites in thunder bay.

Meals normally start out vegan and you can add protein and choose your sauce. The fresh ingredients and sauces make it special. It's a small, busy place, so you might get the privilege of sharing a table with someone you don't know, which can brighten your day in an unexpected way.
