Golden Bakery Pizza - Thunder Bay

Requested for a delivery to the Valhalla Inn reception. delivered immediately and in time. Thank you, you made people happy!

The staff didn't seem to understand that customers should be six feet apart. They wanted me to come to the counter to get my pizza where I would be approximately one foot from the other customer. As someone who has a suppressed immune system I need to be very cautious. Even the staff from the back came to the front to see the customer who wouldn't advance to the counter. This was very embarrassing for me. I felt like I should apologize for looking out for my own health. Maybe some more training is needed about the Health Guidelines???

Ordered 18 pizza with unlimited toppings. The amount of toppings was laughable and my pizza isn't 18 . Don't eat here, bunch of crooks.

Great food, Amazing pizzas. The menu for unlimited toppings is outstanding. And the delivery is the quickest in the city hands down. (Was my review prior to the new location) I just ordered pizza from the new location, the pizza is thinner (not better) taste is different and the ingredients changed. I never used to have issues with their pizza, but this new type does not sit well in my stomach. I received my pizza delivery with a smashed box, but I was too hungry and not wanting to wait for a new one. I have been a customer of theirs for 12 years, but I don't think I will be ordering from here anymore. Sad that so much changed with just changing locations.

The Pizza was awful, uneatable. It tastes the same as the cheap frozen pizzas in the super. The pepperoni is cheap quality as well. And they discriminate people who have a valid medical exemption from getting service.
