Mcdonald's - Thousand Oaks

This McDonalds is like most others. The facilities seem recently updated. Bathroom is decently clean. The food is like all other McDonalds so I don't have much to say about that. The staff are friendly enough, and I got my food in a timely manner.

Always good, I still haven’t found a better coffee than their French vanilla iced coffee. The staff here is so kind and courteous and friendly. Always striking up conversation! My fav McDonald’s for sure!

Service is fast. Food hot. And they wear protective gear whether their own or not they've worn it since March and I a essential worker appreciate it. Especially coming out of retirement to serve.

This location used to be a Burger King, but it closed for renovations and has now transformed into a modern McDonald's. The service is consistently efficient; by the time I pay for my order and get to the pickup window, my food is already ready. I've noticed that the walk-in entrances can be somewhat inconvenient, as is often the case in several other revamped McDonald's locations, but it's not a significant issue that would warrant taking away a star. Overall, I really enjoy the contemporary vibe of the updated design and atmosphere.

This is one of my favorite spots. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Right now, the drive-thru is open, but the lobby is closed for renovations, so dining inside isn't an option. Fortunately, the drive-thru wasn’t busy today, and I received my order exactly as I requested in just 5 minutes. A young woman came over to my car to deliver it, and I'm quite satisfied with the service.
