Ate here while visiting a friend in The Villages. Taylor was very kind and helpful with our order! I highly recommend the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The gator bucket is more of an experience than a delicacy, but Gator's has a high local reputation and if you're in town, it's definitely worth a visit! Parking: Parking can be difficult to find during common meal hours

Wow, service was awesome. Food was equally as awesome. The fried mushroom appetizer is what we started with. Great breading, great taste. I got the gator bucket, with boom boom sauce and the gators were great! Boom boom sauce was a little spicy but was told previously about it and it was great to dip the gators into. My wife got the shepherds pie and i got to try a few bites of that and wow, another great item. Our son got the kids sliders and well, from how fast he ate them, i would feel comfortable saying they were great. 10/10 would recommend and 100% will be coming back. Parking: Park in front of cody’s steakhouse and walk, not too far. Plus walking js good after you eat Kid-friendliness: Yes a kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp.

While the food was good, check your receipt. After finishing our meal, I asked for a slice of key lime pie to go, my fault for not checking, but I was charged for two slices, not the one I ordered to the tune of $19+ and when I got home, checked the box and there was only one slice definitely not worth $19. Will not be going back. Again, my fault for not checking but just telling you to check your receipt before leaving.
