Redsauce - The Villages

I have been to red sauce many times and I must say that it is getting better each time.

It appears ownership has changed since I last visited, but that one visit was enough to turn me away for good.

As with most restaurants in and around the villages this place is clean, friendly and well priced.

My mother is disabled. we called in advance to make a reservation. they said they'd put us. when we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation. we said the woman we had names that we called to make a reservation, but she said we had to wait now. it was 10 minutes later when we called. She set us fast. our waitress elizabeth was very sweet and helpful. our dinner came, but the risotto, pasta and sweet were cold. they all sent cold. they didn't really care. the waitress is great. the kitchen needs work.

We ate tonight at redsauce and were disappointed! my man had chicken piccata, penne pasta and sweet and it tasted as if it was worn by the brunch. it did not taste fresh. my special spinach salad was average. we have the feeling that food quality has broken down. we will look at another restaurant next time!
