Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I visited the drive-thru on August 25, 2022, and ordered a fried Cobb salad. When I got home, I discovered that my salad was missing the chicken. Since I wasn't going to go back out that night, I called the restaurant to explain the issue. The person who answered told me to bring back the receipt. Unfortunately, like many people do, I had thrown it away, and the only proof I had was the order ticket taped to the bag. She insisted that she could only accept the receipt for a refund, so it looks like I'm out $9.80 for a garden salad. I won't be returning, as it seems like there are inexperienced workers in the kitchen who can't double-check orders. Be cautious if you visit—make sure to check your bag before you leave! I won't be back.

I've never been to a restaurant that claims to open at 10:30, only to arrive around 11:00 and find it still closed! The service is terrible and the place is very unorganized. They seem to have a hard time retaining employees, and the managers don’t appear very motivated either. Inside, all I saw were a bunch of high schoolers working. It's pretty bad for business when you can’t even open on time and serve customers properly! It's no surprise that Chick-fil-A gets all the business!

I absolutely love Zaxby's! The chicken finger plates and fried pickles are fantastic! I eat here a lot and wish I could come even more often. Keep up the great work!

Went today at lunch ordered ahead on the app. Waited 5 minutes in the parking lot and went in to get my food. It was ready when I went inside. There were several tables full of people. More waiting at the counter for their orders. Inside was clean and tidy. Decorated awesome as always. The colors are bright definitely pop! Will recommend this location to others, local passing through. Conveniently a minute off the side of 74 at the end of Wal Mart parking lot for those not from around the area. My salad was amazing! ?

The food was good and I got a kids meal and they put chicken tenders in there because I had to wait on my food and my boys love that they got chicken tenders and a grilled cheese sandwich ????????
