Sabba's Chicken - The Bronx

I placed my order at the restaurant and a few people came in after me and left before I received my food. I noticed that the turkey burger tasted off and all the ingredients were separated. The raw onions were overpowering and the fries were too hard. This was my second time visiting this restaurant and unfortunately, the cashier was very rude.

Do not eat at this restaurant. I used to recommend it to everyone, but after my recent experience, I will never go back. They used to have amazing food when they first opened and during the pandemic, but it seems like they have let their standards slip now that they've made their money with delivery services. The food I had was terrible - a cheeseburger with no cheese and burnt meat, and a Greek steak salad with the worst tasting steak I've ever had. Not good at all.

I found a stinkbug in my salad. That?s disgusting. Also when I requested a refund, it was a partial refund. Wouldn?t recommend.

I order from this place ALL THE TIME. Never had my order missing anything. I get my order via Uber Eats and I have it listed EXACTLY what I wanted. I placed an online order for delivery at this restaurant. Shortly after, they called to inform me that they were out of mashed potatoes and asked what I would like to substitute. However, 90 minutes later, I still had not received my food and they were not answering their phone.
