Kfc - Thanet

Once again, I ordered a meal from this restaurant and they consistently forget something. The customer service is awful. The menu clearly states what is included, so when I called and they told me it doesn't come with chicken, it was ridiculous. They need to pay more attention to their menu.

Not had a KFC in years so thought would give it a try. Without doubt one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Everything was cold, chips were soggy, the spices on the chicken were not right and certainly not like they used to be. Bucket lid was pushed in and crushed, beans were so called regular but literally a mouth full. And the price was ridiculous. Honestly had better from budget supermarket.

They use just eat and my food never came. After and hour and 20 minutes waiting i phoned the restaurant and was told it was delivered at 5.11pm. They weren't helpful or apologetic. Didn't tell me where it was delivered and it certainly was not delivered to my address. A simple sorry or can i help you by buying another one would have been nice. Upset kids with no tea and had to cook them a boring dinner now instead of a treat. £30 out of pocket. I know it's just eats fault but they really shouldn't be using them as they can't seem to treat their drivers or customers well. I just want a refund.

My wife and I decided to have a Kentucky recently as we hadn't had one in years. Cold chips, lukewarm chicken with not much flavour, and not very cheap. It will be a long time before we bother again.

Missing some of our order, but to far to go back, plus our two meals were just put in to one small paper bag, not good when driving to a place to stop to eat it., wouldn’t of minded if it was burgers, but seeing that it was chicken piece meals, made it harder to sort out....grease from food went onto clothes and have not washed out. Not happy
