The food was very good and the service was awesome! Very sad this restaurant is closing tonight! Chad the waiter was awesome! Great food and great experience!

Food was delicious, and our waitress, Megan, was outstanding! She made the meal a really pleasant experience. She was also very attentive to our needs. A great place to dine when having some fun playing at WinStar.

Very good steak! But restaurant was freezing. People were having to wear their cots. We asked about changing the temp. The hostess said yes the whole place is cold. The waiter said there is no way to adjust it. If you go dress accordingly!

This meal was a curious mix of good and bad. First it was impossible to secure a reservation. I left messages for 2 days on the voicemail and nobody ever returned my call. Luckily, we got there around 8pm on a Thursday so there was not a problem getting seated immediately. The hostess was so engrossed in her phone or book that we had to speak to her first to even get her to look up. Our server, Austin, was very attentive and did a great job. He was a definite highlight during a mediocre meal. The manager, Debbie, was the opposite. First she was quite confrontational when we told her about our problem getting a reservation. It wasn't until the couple at the next table said they had the exact same experience that she even apologized for the problem. There were literally 5 tables seated while were there and she never once checked in with any of them. Also, when she did come by to bus plates or refill glasses I would always say thanks and she never even said your welcome. She was honestly a bit rude and I hope Winstar realizes they need to make a change there. The food was okay. The herb rolls were delicious! The salads were good. But, the steaks were no better than you would get at a Texas Roadhouse or Logan's; but they cost twice as much. My filet was no better than an Outback sirloin (actually worse as Outback does use some seasoning. My husbands prime rib was tough. But the peppercorn glaze was AMAZING! The sides were not good. The mashed potatoes were barely warm, and the baked potato had been sitting way too long. Overall I'd say skip it, save your money and eat at Chips Ale. At least until this restaurant makes some changes.

First, be sure to have hotel manager call in your reservation so you actually get through! Once you are there, it is quiet and only about 6 tables per 1.5 hours. Small staff with open kitchen. Everything we tried was delicious: shrimp, steak, potatoes, asparagus, fried green tomatoes, salad, cheesecake, strawberry short cake...desserts change often and there is no menu, just ask what they have during your visit. Service acceptable. Will run one person about 30-50 bucks...but worth it.
