Ihop - Thackerville

So I order the breakfast sampler. 2 of everything basically. Ordered eggs over medium. They were not done and slimey and the few hash browns were burnt. They put ham over them to hide them. So I sent them back and they came out exactly the same. What’s the use? Didn’t eat them. Really? Some duh going on in the kitchen. Update: You would think that an IHOP manager would see this review and maybe write back. Been a week and I ain’t got nothin!!!!!

Corbin went above and beyond. He was so funny and sweet and professional. They forgot our pancakes and he was sure to get them out to us immediately. The food was excellent! Actually, it was better service, better food and a better experience all around than a regular IHOP in town. I cant say the same for the casino operations. It was the worst experience in a casino we've ever had. I will 100% be reviewing them too. Thank goodness Ihop gave us a good ending experience.

IHOP is my favorite place to eat at WinStar. The employees could not be better. Very welcoming and helpful. Service is always excellent. Food is very good. Seating area is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Hash browns was tasteless like dry sawdust. Bacon tastes like chewy wood. At least pancakes was good old IHOP. But all workers r very friendly nice.

Watch out for Jackie the red head handing you your food. This place gets SLAMMED.. Tonight, Not so much. I had 2 breakfasts ordered for about $30. When I was handed the bag I specifically asked if there was lots of syrup in the bag....... I got a "Yep "and since Jackie packed it.... I didn 't look inside the bags.. We get up to the 11th floor of the hotel. NO SILVERWARE, NO BUTTER, NO SYRUP. Not OK. Went back down 11 floors all the way back to ihop. And came back to cold food. Pretty crappy customer service by that one person ruined our dinner. I don 't appreciate being lied to when I spend $30 on eggs! And I don 't want to eat cold food because someone just doesn 't give a **** about their customers! Beware if you get your food from her.. I 'd check the bag !
