We were at Mac Donald's yesterday redeeming our specials from our phones firstly their system was acting funny and all the specials claimed we redeemed even though we did not. It was logged on the computer but somehow disappeared. They tried to convince us to only pay for the ones that went through and we agreed. We moved to another window where we discoved they told us they ordered 3 meals yet it was only 2 meals and one burger. We asked they revoke their order because it is not what we ordered they then lied said no we are rushing them and the truth us the 3rd order was not even prepared yet. One friendly stuff member tried to talk to us to calm us down due to the mess but the manager Noko who was in night shift yesterday shouted at the waiter and told him to stop entertaining us because that will result to us standing longer and that's not what he wants. With the whole confused issue we where willing to leave and accept what ever we got but the managers request to the waiter was unethical and disrespectful to us as customers. He was rude and arrogant and not even willing to calm us down and fix our order for us instead he wanted to get rid of us. I am so unhappy with the service from the Manager Noko. He did not display qualities of a leader instead he was bossy disrespectful and rude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
