Kfc Thabazimbi

I had to wait long for my order, after the order was ready then it was place on top of the counter for a good few minutes while I am standing there waiting because the lady did not want to bend and get a Fanta inside the fridge as it was packed so I was told. I waited there while they were arguing about who should bend and get my drink. For someone who works in customer services I know how customers should be treated and that was not a way at all. Mind you I was in my work uniform and it was during the day so I had to spend most lunch time waiting for them to decide who will bend over and my drink. Placed an order at KFC thabazimbi. Waited 20min in line just to get to the serving window and hear sorry we missed your order after giving it twice to the person taking the orders. Not even a big order. Pathetic Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We order double krunch burger and 3 nugget meals Nugget meal were worth it but krunch burger not worth it I'm sure it's wrong chicken size on burger Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
