Colins Battered Sausage - Tendring

Service fish with perfect teig chips bad very dry shame that our meal was spoiled by the bad chips.

The restaurant had a fantastic team of Nick and Nicky. The food was delicious, especially the kids' favorite fish and chips. We also tried a unique dish called a "fuckle" (battered gherkin) for the first time and it was amazing!

I had fish and chips from here on Tuesday night very good food well cooked friendly staff I was served by a lady called Nicola both her and the cheff were very friendly and happy food was delicious I will be back

Phoned Colin's to place an order and was amazed to find they were offering a delivery service. I was their very first delivery customer and I'm sure I won't be the last. The fish chips were beautiful, lovely crisp batter and the fish was...hot. The chips were well cooked, crisp on the outside, fluffy inside. The fish was also well wrapped, with paper separating each piece of fish so that they didn't stick together. A vast improvement in quality under this new management. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Tried this restaurant for the first time on Saturday with my friend and her girls. We sat in and had a meal. The service was amazing and the staff Nick and his chef were super friendly. The food was great and very well priced....All areas of the restaurant were clean. I most certainly recommend this as one of the best I`ve been too for quite some time. Will I visit again....Most definitely
