Subway - Tenafly

The food is good, but cashier has an attitude problem.

Woman was really nice who made our sandwiches. The little things that matter and sandwich was made quick and to order.

On July 8th I saw the add of buy 2 footlong for 10 . “Really exciting idea!”. Went to this Subway ordered two and the bill came out to be 17 plus. The lady behind the country not only couldn’t speak understandable English but also is a smart A . After telling her that I just saw the add on TV. She told me that this add is only for online orders or order through the App. Either follow up on subway nationwide campaign or rename your store. But never insult your customers intelligence! What a shame.

Today I went there at 7:50 pm and it was closed while google said it closed at 10pm and the Schedule in the store said it closed at 9pm...not to mention it is the 2and time it happens, that's really annoying, going there for nothing. It just seems like they close whenever they want not really following a real schedule of work.

Please fix the phone.Called 4 times until a human picked up then shortly hung up.Called another 4 times to be greeted by the same distinguished robotic gentlemen’s passive aggressive “hello, we are not available at this time”Great sandwich, horrible sense of humor.
