Impeccable food and decor! Each dish is crafted with such care, delivering a burst of flavor in every bite. The tea has a wonderful aroma. The food is absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning; the chef enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients without relying on MSG. This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin star for fine dining. The decor is exceptional, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you're enjoying an imperial Chinese banquet. I will definitely return!

This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin star. The ambiance is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the service is efficient. Every dish we tried was good, but I was especially impressed by the black pepper beef steaks and the braised pork belly with bamboo shoots. Their tea was also excellent and complemented the dishes perfectly. If you’re a fan of desserts, I recommend ordering them in advance, as there is a waiting time of about 30 minutes.

This restaurant is a lovely option for an upscale Chinese dining experience, though you might want to overlook the less-than-stellar service and be prepared for a longer drive. The food is quite good and offers a refreshing change from the typical Cantonese spots we usually visit. I particularly enjoyed the seafood with crispy rice; it had a unique presentation and a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The crispy prawns were tasty but a bit too sweet and the portion was a bit small. We also tried the watermelon juice, which was refreshing. In addition, we ordered the pea shoots, lamb chops, duck, and red rice, all of which were enjoyable.

This was definitely worth the drive and every penny! The crispy shrimp and diced honey pepper beef lives up to its reputation. Every bite was just heavenly. The smoked duck breast appetizer also hit the spot. You know so much care and attention has beenput into every menu item we ordered. Even the dessert (not very sweet like Western desserts) selection is perfect! The interioris beautiful and the wait staff are so conscious of your every need or want, they almost seem to read minds.

First time at this Michelin restaurant with family and friends. Have to say it was a great experience. Decor is beautiful, place is clean, service is very friendly and attentive, food is good. We ordered a lot of dishes and of course all thespecials. All of them turned out tasty except a couple of them with sauces too heavy or salty and a bit greasy. The mostimpressed was the presentation of the dishes. Prices were high but that was expected. Overall, it was a good experience. Iwill go back :
