Ghost Ranch: Modern Southwest Cuisine

This restaurant is a feast for the eyes, making you feel as though your meal is being served in a Southwest art gallery. It features rustic Southwest decor, the enticing aroma of fresh corn tortillas, and a well-stocked bar. The cuisine is Mexican, with a menu that boasts unique options, and the presentation of the dishes is akin to that of an upscale restaurant in Mexico City. And the flavors? Simply outstanding! With rich cheese, creamy toppings, freshly diced tomatoes, thick guacamole, and flavorful salsas, this place is truly a delight.

Delightful, authentic, and well-prepared Southwestern cuisine. The staff is friendly, and although there might be a wait, it's definitely worth it. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and the portions are generous. The drinks are also enjoyable. You don't want to miss Ghost Ranch!

Honestly, we visited the restaurant twice during our 4-day stay at Ghost Ranch because it was that good! The fresh ingredients, flavorful combinations, and beautiful presentation were all impressive. The homemade chips, salsas, and guacamole made for a wonderful starter. The citrus salad was fantastic, and the chile relleno along with the seasonal herb enchiladas were absolutely delicious. The Rancho Papas on the side were also excellent and filling. We will definitely return when we're back in town!

I was surprised by this place! Nobody ever talks about it, but they should! The interior is really nicely clean, nicely furnished. I have the swordfish taco plate to drink the Salsa guac Dip appetizer with a Paloma! The corn tortillas were hand made fresh right, then they were amazing!!! Fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'm usually not a red salsa fan, but even this one was good! Guac and green salsa were amazing! I can't wait to come back here, try another dish!

Wow! Phenomenal, modern takes on southwestern cuisine in a charming, fun environment. From the moment we sat down, to the moment we walked out the door, the staff at Ghost Ranch were beyond accommodating, and the food, let me tell you about the food, it was absolutely delicious. We had the Aztec Cake and the Roasted Chicken Enchilada for our main courses. Both were phenomenal, then we finished with the Churro Ice Cream Sandwich (which was otherworldly). 100 out of 10! Will eat again.
