Lon's At The Hermosa - Paradise Valley

Although our waitress was very pleasant, our experience at Lon's was quite disappointing. We had to ask for bread three times, waited 20 minutes for our cocktail order, and ended up sitting at the table for 35 minutes without anything to eat. We also had to specifically request cracked pepper for our salads, but the waitress forgot to actually pepper them and instead had a busboy bring a small pepper shaker to our table. Overall, our 47-year anniversary celebration at Lon's was a letdown. We are sorry to have to mention these shortcomings.

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic and quickly accommodated our request to change tables. The service was excellent and the prices were higher than expected. The outdoor patio is always a great spot to dine.

Lon's is truly one of the top dining destinations in Phoenix. The only downside is that we kept finding pieces of greens from the trees in our food and on our clothes. Lon's should address this issue. Otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars.

Lon's is always a favorite for a business lunch or a casual dinner with family. I love the variety of the menu the shrimp tacos are light and refreshing and the service is excellent.

The scenery and service was absolutely amazing! I would recommend for brunch!
