You're getting exactly what you expect, and I like the Burrito customization. The staff is usually very friendly, the place is always clean, and they move through the line quickly.

I love chipotle and i always will but this location needs management or better workers. There was a long line and the workers were more worried about catching a fly with their bare hands! and then preparing food without changing gloves. Another worker didn't even know how to wrap a burrito and just smushed my burrito into foil as if I wasn't standing there watching him. Usually I am understanding and patient but I honestly couldn't believe how unprofessional the workers were being.

Usually come for my lunch break unfortunately they are pretty slow and despite having 5 people working only have one on the line whom moves slower than sloths. No sense of urgency. On top of that it's a rarity that the person on register is actually there and not in the back talking and hanging out leaving you to stand there killing your time. I suggest playing with the register maybe you can check yourself out if you guess the code right. Or just leave with your food id they wanted you to pay they'd be there right? Kids.. smh

Carly was amazing, answered the phone and was sweet right off the bat, helped me with exactly what I needed remaining her same sweet delivery of tone the whole time I voiced my needs. I appreciated it and my bowl was perfect! Thank you!

I have a strong suspicion that whoever is packing the bags at this location is mentally challenged. It has happened numerous times that this hindered individual doesn't connect the dots that a FORK is needed to eat the food that they are packing.Management, please publicly shame this individual into providing eating utensils for future customers.
