Contribuiți la feedbackWe sat at our table for 20 minutes while the waitstaff came and went, completely ignoring us. Not one person approached us, even as they greeted other customers and took their orders. Finally, my husband decided to take matters into his own hands and ordered a pizza himself, which we ended up eating. After waiting for 45 minutes, the manager finally came by and asked us to leave because we had outside food. It's worth noting that nobody spoke to us until they asked us to leave. This experience reflects poorly on both the staff and management.
The food and presentation were outstanding, but the service was lacking. Throughout our meal, we were hardly checked on and frequently found ourselves with empty glasses. When it was time to settle the bill, we waited a long time before we had to flag down a server to inquire about it, as we hadn’t seen our own server since our food was served. It turns out our server took a break without arranging for someone to cover our table. Given the price, I expected significantly better service.
The manager, Aubrey, is outstanding! I really appreciated their recommendation for the pale beer.
Loved the living room feel/concept. Lots of incredible looking platters to share. We ordered the fondue and the steak tartare and loved it. The service was top notch too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The fondue itself was ok (had much better), but the price is very reasonable and it is served with a lot of additional dipping foods. The decor is great! The service from Hector made our day very welcoming, professional and friendly!!!!! Thank you!!!!
