The West End Bistro - TELLURIDE

While staying at the hotel we had several meals at the restaurant. All were very good and we would definitely eat there again.

Unfortunately, they're unable to update their online menu to match their actual offerings, so, none of the pasta dishes we anticipated were available. The current dishes were good but our experience was flavored by our expectations. The service was impeccable and the room was very enjoyable. They certainly deserve another try!

This restaurant is located in the lobby of Hotel Telluride. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had dinner breakfast at the restaurant every day. The quality and display of their dishes is simply outstanding. Everything we ordered was excellent and super tasty. For dinner, their trout and kebab dishes are highly recommended. The breakfast salmon avocado toast was excellent. The atmosphere and setting of the place is super relaxing. The staff is spectacular! Attentive, funny, friendly, and very welcoming. I would give the place more stars if possible! Highly recommend.

Literally my only complain was the quality of food and the chef I believe he goes by the name of Chef Bud.. I had the the burger and my wife had the Gumbo, first off the Burger was bland there was no seasoning at all the burger was try and i would have to say one of the worst burgers i have ever had and as for my wife 's gumbo Literally was like boiled down lobster water. The service was good, but now for the best part. After hearing us complain about how terrible the food was, there was a man who introduced himself as Chef Bud He Started asking what the problem was, both me and my husband expressed to Chef Bud how mad the quality was, he began to tell us that we had no taste or taste buds because he did not make terrible food there, he came off as being quite pompous and honestly has no idea what is doing when it comes to cooking, this could be a great little place, because we were told by locals to come here for dinner, after this experience i will NEVER return here again.

We've been coming here for several years now and it continues to decline. We keep hoping it gets back to its glory days but the prices just go up and the quality goes down.
