Nobo - Teaneck

What an amazing culinary experience! the ambience was excellent and the dishes were juicy. The wooden board was more economical than I expected at this price. The 32 ounce steak was well melted in the mouth and the short ribs were also buttery soft! Have fun!

Have heard good things about Nobo and was not disappointed. Well made food for a reasonable price; Food was well presented, although it seems that we have come as they are in the process of changing a few menu items. The Lamb Sausage Bowl we were interested in was no longer available so we tried the exchange: The Reuven Dog, which was delicious, although strangely casual for fine food (and only a single dog for $21 is not quite justified). The Veal Flatbread (not a pizza, although it sees the part) had a cauliflower mash as a bed for the perfectly cooked bacon and calf, and you could certainly sample the wood stove preparation for the bread. Steak-wise many articles are made sous vide, which apparently excludes the medium-sized rare option. The Chateaubriand special was a perfect amount of food for two to share, but could have used more sauce or spice for the meat correctly (the Haricot teas were perfect and compliment it well, and the potatoes were creamy). Waitstaff was excellent in service and atmosphere was ideal for our date night. But both I myself and my date thought that the smooth stone floor was incredibly slippery to go further, although somehow nobody seemed to fall. Overall, I would like to return here and try more items from the menu.

Good place to eat, chef Josh has an innovative diverse menu as well as some more standard dishes that are great because you can go with a large group and find something for everyone. The raven is fantastic The lamb ribs are as good as the always were Kalal saloumi really awesome In fact, most appetizers are really good The main dishes are a little less exciting, but all quite solid all Sous vous For some reason Every time I'm there, always takes out, not sure why... Don't order Mojito, it was terrible not drinkable, maybe the bartender drank too much.

Great place to come with your wife or friend. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is just really relaxing. They also a back room for events.
