Dunkin Donuts - Taytay

I love her coffee. no matter how much I love the products they have the customer service really important. there are more than 2 manpowers in the theke, but only one helps the customer who have the waiting queue (at the time of my visit) they are busy talking to each other. on the bad customer service they will calculate them if u after additional seasoning (i.e. 2 pieces sugar) and the way that it was communicated was really insulted me. 1. twog, I had a very bad experience.

On my first visit at Dunkin' Donuts' SM City Taytay branch (even though it has been there for long), we were lucky enough to catch their Cool Combo promo. For only you can get two donuts one premium and one regular plus one large coffee (brewed or iced). We ordered another iced coffee, large br/>For the premium doughnut Blueberry Cheese.For the regular doughnut Honey Dipped.I have tried and liked the Blueberry Cheese before so I let my sister to taste it. Good thing that she liked it. It was not too sweet, and I like the somewhat sour factor from the preserved blueberries.It was my first time to try Honey Dipped it was a bit too sweet for me, pero keri naman. Perhaps I should have had it re-heated. But overall, it was good.Before, I really hated DD's coffee it usually made me a bit dizzy. But now, there was no such effect. I enjoyed their iced coffee a lot. It had a deep coffee flavor with a hint of sweetness. Which was okay, as the doughnut I was having (the Honey Dipped) was quite sweet.Next time I will try their milk tea drinks.

On top of the poor customer service, they will charge you if u ask for additional condiments (i.e of sugar) and the manner that it was communicated really offended me. branch that i had a very bad experience.
