It's almost 5 on a Sunday afternoon and this place only has one other person here. Most all of the tables need wiped down. There is a smell in here not sure what it is. The chairs need wiped down and the lobby floor is sticky. And Jose is leaning against the counter talking not working. There is plenty to be done. My husband ordered the 9 piece boneless wings with fries and they dumped the fries on top of the wings, which didn't look very appealing. It also makes you wonder how fresh everything is when your order is served in 2 minutes. This place needs to get their act together so people will want to eat there. Thank you to the district manager reaching out to discuss this incident. I appreciate you taking the time to address this visit, and see improvements. I usually always have fresh food when I come here. On few occasions I have had not very good food, but honestly that happens everywhere.
