Chicken tikka masala is a dish consisting of roasted marinated chicken chunks (chicken tikka) in a spiced sauce. The sauce is usually creamy and orange-coloured. The dish was first offered by British cooks of south Asian origin and subsequently gained popularity at restaurants around the world.

Service was excellent and we were introduced by the staff to lamb bhuna, which the family loved it. Note that every curry comes with basmatI rice too!

Always a perfect dinner experience. When we come to Taupo for the weekend this is our first choice for restaurants. The food is always incredible and the staff are very quick and helpful! Absolutely love the Butter Chicken and Korma Chicken with Naan Bread Basket and Papadums.

I've visited Indian Delight in Taupo 3-4 times, and each experience has been consistently delightful. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. I appreciate the consistent quality that keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommended!

Very great service and food. We visited twice specially from Napier to taste their dishes and our trip was worth doing it. The staff was so kind and friendly to us. Both times we got window table which gives stunning look of lake Taupo from it.
