Dunkin' - Tarpon Springs

Best Dunkin location hands down. Even at their busiest times they have my order made right! The employees and the manager are the sweetest workers I’ve ever ran into at any Dunkin location. And the consistency is amazing because I can never have my drink taste the same at other locations.This location is on point! ?

I went in the morning to order the donut holes and coffee. The donut holes were stale. I went back in with the stale donuts soon after and spoke with manager Jessica. She was not only nasty but she was condescending. She expected me to pay another $8 for a new box of the same stale donut holes. I asked who I could speak to and a phone number she refused to give me any other contact information and said if I had the original receipt maybe I'd have that information.

I worked at this one believe me no a place to work at the manager Lisa had her favorites and was nasty to not only customers but employees. She hated her job and her boss and she let the employees know it. I stayed 3 months till I got a better job.

I am reporting terrible customer service at 40076 US 19N, Tarpon Springs, FL, on December 20th, 2023!!My parents visit this location frequently, and the service is always good. However, my mom and I visited today on free donut Wednesday. When we got to the window, a young RUDE girl who rang our order up refused to give us the free donut with my purchase of 3 coffees. When I asked for my donut, she said I can 't do it because I already rang you up. She kept repeating I can 't do it. I then asked for a manager, and she got her team lead because there was no manager on duty. The team lead was just as rude, if not worse! He then proceeded to argue with me that you have to order through the mobile app. in order to receive the free donut, which is not stated anywhere. I 've never had a problem and have never used the app. to place an order. I only use the app. for the points. I find it absolutely absurd that not one, but two customer service people would argue with my mom who is a senior citizen over a $1.00 donut, when I am aware that Dunkin Donuts throws donuts away daily, right in the trash!! There are other places to buy coffee and other Dunkin locations where the people are friendly and give me my free donut on Wednesdays! I 'd like to add that I rarely write a negative review, but the service was so bad that it made me take time out to post this! It simply amazes me how rude people can be who want repeat customers! No wonder people go to Starbucks instead!!

If I could rate ZERO I would.By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had I will never ever go here again. I was treated very badly i did nothing to warrant the vulgar treatment i experienced at this location, by an employee manage (Lisa)I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location. The manager Lisa told me point blank, she doesn’t care.Save your money or go to the location right up there street. They have the most pleasant staff and are always on point with everything.
