The Mint Fox Cookies Ice Cream

Great to see a long time beach staple get a refresh and revive! The vibe and feel is excellent and the cookies are as serious as ever! Great ice cream and the Brookie was on point. Every single person who “knows”Clearwater Beach should have this labeled as a must. Brookie is a brownie and a cookie for those who are new here : keep up the great work, Mint Fox is for real!

We just returned from our Clearwater beach spring break vacation and everyone agreed that the Mint Fox ice cream and cookies was the BEST thing about the trip! My favorite was the cappuccino kahlua ice cream, while my daughter loved the cookies topped with ice cream. We made it a point to go there every day we were there!!! I highly recommend anyone near Clearwater stop by. Delicious!!!

The Mint Fox was five stars all the way!!Quality, flavor, options, decor, and location! You'll never be the same after trying her giant cookie sundae!!!

Have just eaten the best Salted Caramel icecream I've ever tasted! Very friendly and helpful staff, next time we are in Clearwater we will be back!

Forgot to take a picture of the Cookie Sundae. It looked too good to just sit there instead of start eating it. We passed multiple other ice cream places on the walk to Mint Fox but wow was it worth it! Glad I found it online and made the decision to try it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Clearwater.
