Arby's - Tarboro

Better than any Arby's in Richmond. Generous portions. Yummy!

I went through the drive-thru and was disappointed to receive cold curly fries that seemed like they'd been sitting out for hours. The line was slow, and when I pulled up, no one greeted me or informed me to wait. I ended up sitting there for about 15 minutes without any interaction. The service was awful, and it felt like the staff were just going through the motions without any concern. Very poor experience overall.

The food arrived barely warm, and the fries were soggy and cold from the long wait. We spent at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though we were the only ones there. I definitely won’t be returning to the Arby’s in Tarboro for a while, but you never know—things can change.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and lively. The service was excellent. I'm really glad we decided to stop here.

Arby's has hired a new manager that knows how to run this restaurant right. The food was delicious and hot. I will definitely go back.
