Fries were way too salty. The burger was good, though.

Had the WORST food of burger king tonight! the food was cold and tasty: what happened? had never had a bad eating of bk before!

I ordered at the drive-thru and mentioned my coupon. The total showed $5.45, but when I got to the window, the manager told me it was $11.00. I insisted it should be $5.45 because of the coupon I used. The manager said I should have mentioned the coupon when ordering. I was frustrated that they didn't apologize or offer an explanation. I had to wait 4 minutes for my order, which left me feeling unhappy. Typically, I don't complain, but this experience was disappointing.

The food was prepared correctly, but we specifically requested fresh hot fries which were just okay. The staff seemed preoccupied with the drive thru, but they were still friendly.
