L'arpège - Tarbes

A luxurious lunch with great food, great presentation and a charming server to explain every dish. A fusion of taste in the 3-course menu de jour plus appetizers. Even the bread was a delicacies with ducks and local beans, soaked in a delicious role. All for $30 Euro! Very recommended!

Just rang from England, speaking perfect polite French, to make a reservation. I had to ring up, and told her I was calling from the UK because I had emailed via their site to request a reservation for 6 people. I was told quite rudely that they do not look at their emails. OK... I then asked about a late reservation and then an early reservation as we are going to a show for the Offrande Musicale in Tarbes. In each case I couldn 't finish my question before being rudely told that those times were not possible. The woman who answered the phone was simply rude, without any customer politesse . As enticing the menu is...I wouldn 't give them my business.

I loved it! Very good restaurant, refined dishes, succulent, from beginning to end of the meal. Administrators and small care. We took the menu of the day to 29 euros. It's better to book, the restaurant was full Wednesday noon!

Excellent reference for me on Tarbes. Reception, service, decor, but especially the kitchen! What a delicacy! Each plate is beautiful, each ingredient is highlighted. I love this mix of Asian and French cuisine... Before ordering, we bring you small bites to taste... And the menu of the day at 28€50 is frankly very affordable for the quality of the plates! We'll be back!

Nice restaurant in Tarbes. Well placed in the city center. Welcome and service very well. The dishes are fresh and presented.
