Cold Stone Creamery - Tampa

I don't know who owns this place, but, man, please read the whole review. on Friday, 5th august; I hurried and came to the place at 9:55 clock only to hear that they are closed, although according to Google list and their own website it says that the load is open to 10:00 clock. so I had to order 5 minutes more, but at the arrival I had to knock on the door and the people (workers) from inside rudely said that they closed early! that is confusing and surprising. first, it is a Friday night, where families want to be happy for the weekend and have an ice cream, and there is no doubt that coldstone is one of the best ice creams, but the sad part is these individually operated shops that are unprofessional and irresponsible. if they plan to close 9:55 or 9:45 or 10:00 or whenever they want, please mention the exact time so that people do not promise their children or get into a situation where they are in a hurry to be there on time; only to hear that they are closed early (smh.) of the owners please take care of their personal and if the load owner is operated, cold corporatestone should take care of this situation as it hurts its call and its business.

My 93-year old vater just finished a chocolate milkshake from the cold stone in new tampa. he always says it was the best milkshake he had ever had in his life! he said it!

I absolutely loved it here! Savannah, Anesia, and Vanya made the perfect ice cream for me and my boys, so delicious. Can?t wait to come again!

I love their nice fresh ice cream and how you can specialize and add what you like. They have been a great ice cream shop for so long. Their staff is nice, safe and clean.
